A computer really can resolve every difficulty and a person can resolve it without the need for technology.

It usually takes an individual to write the rationale for a computer program. As well as an individual can't create problem-solving software there until humans themselves provide a mechanism initially.
And a person may be debugging the software and make assured it provides more or less the similar response as intended.
