So 5! = 1*2*3*4*5 = 120

But since there are 3 letters that are the same you'll only be using 120 / 3 = 40

So there are 40 unique ways to arrange the letters in the word SASSY.
The answer would use factorials so it would be 5!/3! since there are 5 letters and 3 of them are the same. 5!/3!=120/6=20.
