PLEASE HELP WILL MARK BRAINLIEST The frequency f (in waves per second) and the wavelength w (in meters) of a sound traveling in the air are related by the equation fw = 343 where 343 m/s is the speed of sound in air. Calculate the wavelength of a musical note with a frequency of 240 waves per second. The wavelength is meters.

You gave us the speed and the frequency, and you need the wavelength.

You were also nice enough to remind us that (fqy)x(lng) = speed.

So . . . F x W = 343 m/s

Divide each side by F :

W = (343 m/s) / F

W = (343 m/s) / (240 / s)

W = (343/240) m

W = 1.429 meters
