When it comes to working out, it is very easy to get bored- like doing the same workout everyday. It's important to sometimes switch it up, make the workouts interesting, so it keeps you motivated & challenged.
I can relate to this, because I've been working out since quarantine, and I used to have the same exericse routine everyday, and I almost gave up on it. Until I discovered new exercises, it made my workout routine more fun.
