Imagine that you have been elected president and are about to address Congress regarding your administration policy against terrorism. How would you handle the threat of world terrorism? How would your policy differ from those of the Clinton and Bush administrations?

I would recommend all state governors to put a stay home order and block anyone from getting in the country, if its bad. If Its not that bad just add more security to crowded places. I think my policy is different since I would care about my citizens and be really careful due to past events.
