How do you feel about using money (fines) as punishment for certain infractions of the law? Do you think it is fair that those with money can pay their way out of jail time or having a record?
Explanation: I think its unfair to use fines as punishments for the law. I think that even if someone has money that the person who did a crime should still do the time and not be bailed out. it is wrong when they can just do it again when they get bailed out.
