HELP!!! PLZ - Why do you think that the Supreme Court gave as much attention to the protection of the rights of those accused of a crime? Do you see this attention as "unfair to crime victims" or as a necessary part of a fair judicial system? Explain and defend your answer.

Answer:

It is not unfair to those accused of a crime.

Explanation:

Crime is an act or activity that is illegal , and it varies from country to countries as the Constitution in these countries also varies. As humans we are all eligible to have rights just because we are humans, so if any human being is accused of a crime or actually committed a crime , the Constitution still covers that individual until they have good evidences to prove that the person actually committed the crime.

As the supreme court , it is there for the rights of individuals to defend them, so that's a reason why it might have to protect the accused.
