Discuss whether these findings about equality in hunter-gathering societies are of any relevance to 21st century society.

They are because they show us that equal societies were and are indeed a possible thing when we're talking about how to build up an equal society. This doesn't however mean that such a society can exist in a highly modern state  of the 21st century.
