As there is bacteria in the pool from other people or things so showering will get rid of this and ensure you are safe and clean, rather than waiting to go home try and shower in the public pool bathrooms as it is a lot quicker and easier to quickly shower but remember to wear slippers or some sort of WATERPROOF foot wear in the shower when in a public shower as you dont know what is on those floors! :))
