Let the area of larger triangle be "x"

Make up the proportion

[tex]\frac{56}{x} =(\frac{2}{3} )^2\\\\\frac{56}{x} =\frac{4}{9} \\\\x=\frac{56*9}{4} \\x=126cm^2[/tex]

Answer: S=126cm²
