While the other answerer said sports more friends, and distractions, I think those would be more beneficial to someone who is neurotypical.
Distractions, yes, can and will be used, but it will be adapted to Justins special interests that he has. It might be harder for him to make friends or do sports due to his autism. Obviously, this isn't correct for everyone who is autistic but for this scenario we're going to assume that it is for Justic.
Instead of trying to push Justin for social contact and sports, which may actually be more harmful for him, Sasha is going to try and find something for Justin that he is very interested in.
Let's say, for the sake of this example, his special interest is cooking. Sasha would work with Justin to turn his more dangerous behavior - harming himself - would instead turn that to him taking those feelings and expressing them through the art of food.
