The circumstances of American history were all because of lack of government control, and an improper set of laws, rules, and regulations in the American economy. The fluctuation in the demographics of the country was also the reason for the circumstances at the time.
The main obstacles or hurdles faced by the government in achieving that long-sought perfection during this time were:
