Exposure: If you were out side in a bathing suit and it was snowing that would be exposure.
I belive fire can effect illuminance.
Camera settings i do not belive can infulence exposure.
The light can make the photograph make it look good sometimes and sometimes the light can effect your photo.
I would want the city to adust if your curb got hit by a car, as soon as you called them that they would try and fix it.
