Hello :)
First, use the distributive rule to solve both of the equations
-2(3x – 1) > 3(2- x)
-6x + 2 > 6 - 3x
Subtract 2 from both sides
-6x + 2 > 6 - 3x
-2 -2
-6x > -3x + 4
Add 3x to both sides
-6x > -3x + 4
+3x +3x
-3x > 4
Then reverse the inequality by multiplying both sides by (-1)
(-1) -3x > 4 (-1)
3x < -4
Divide both sides by 3
[tex]\frac{3x}{3} >\frac{-4}{3}\\[/tex]
Lastly, simplify
[tex]x>-\frac{4}{3}[/tex]
