I know this is quite late but the answer is A. The Blitzkreig was something the Germans specialized into their military during ww2 to push their enemies. It was greatly used and a great strategy. Pretty sure many countries stopped the blitzkreig in it's tracks though like the USSR, Poland, Belgium (Held out for like 2 weeks?) etc.
