The correct answer is actually "Avoid cross-contamination during food preparation and storage" I thought the other answer was wrong but i put it anyways because of all the thanks and to see and just checked my answers and got it wrong when i put "Improve sanitation during the packaging process of food production " if you really think about that it doesnt make sense because were not producing and packaging our own food at home unless you live on a homestead lol it would make much more sense to wash your hands and utensils to avoid cross contamination, i know this is old but here for all the people like me lol
