The prison had two doors, one with a tiger and another is having a girl behind. The princess is asked to decide the door for her love. She had to make a choice between whether she wants her love to be killed or to spend rest of his life marrying another woman.

She couldn't make the choice as she loved the man and didn't want him to die but because of her jealousy she can't let him marry another woman.

Hence the main conflict was between love and jealousy.
