If you are going to celebrate a job Interview you could prepare your essay on the following:

1) Introduction paragraph which explain what kind of professional you are going to interview and their features.

2) Second paragraph that shows the minimum requirements to go to the next stage of the recruitment process.

3) Third paragraph should explain the numbers of preliminary candidates.
