TL;DR: Every continent was colonized by Europe.
Full answer:
Almost every single country on the planet has been impacted by European imperialism. The first place you can look to in North America. Both Canada and the United States (Known as the Thirteen colonies) were colonies of the British Empire. To the south was New Spain (now known as Mexico) which was a colony of Spain. New Spain stretched beyond Mexico, into central America, and into South America.
Nearly the entire continent of South America was dominated by Spain and Portugal. The modern day South American countries of Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and Argentina were colonies of Spain. Brazil was a colony of Portugal.
Next you can look to Africa. Excluding Ethiopia, the entirety of the African continent was carved up by European powers at one point or another. If you look at the borders of Africa before European colonization vs after, you can see that the Europeans drastically changed them.
The other continents we're colonized as well, but not as much by European powers. The French colonized the modern day nations of Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. British and Portuguese had the small colonies of Hong Kong and Macau in China. The Australian continent was colonized by the British. And yes, even Antarctica was colonized by the British as well.
