1- C'est toi sur la photo, n'est-ce pas ? ===> CORRECT

Is it you on the picture, isn't it ?

2- Elle est chic , ta nouvelle automobile !

(automobile = fem. sing. noun -- elle est)

3- J'aime aller au cinéma avec ma famille ==> CORRECT

(I like going to the cinema with my family)

4- C'est cool !! (It's cool !)

5- Elle est qui, cette personne ?

might be correct in a certain context, like in a dialogue = Who is she, that person ? (In English, you would say = "That person, who is she ?

or / Qui est cette personne ?
