1. Mrs. Goldsmith is a 52 yo Caucasian woman presenting for her annual GYN exam. She is 5’3” and weighs 130 lbs. She does not drink alcohol, is trying to stop smoking, denies domestic violence and her VS are 132/78; P 78; R 20. She is experiencing longer but more frequent menstrual periods as well as pain during intercourse, hot flashes, and wakes during the night “soaking wet” and has to get up to change her nightgown. She wants to know what is wrong with her. How do you respond?
