[tex]\frac{2}{10}[/tex] is the same thing as 0.2. Since we are trying to find 0.2 of 0.9, we are going to multiply the two terms together. It would be as if you had 3 of 1 cookie - you would have 3 cookies. Anyways, the product of 0.2 and 0.9 is 0.18.
