This depends. If you're talking about the past, then yes, black people were treated differently in America. They were discriminated and had to be seperated from the whites. It was a horrible time.
Now, I would say that things have gotten much better. Though there are things on the news stating every so often something happened to a black person, but the world isn't perfect. Black people are treated much better than in the past.
