The answer to this would be none of these.
BMI (Body Mass Index) has a range that follows this:
Less than 18.5 = Underweight
18.5-24.9 = Normal Weight
25-29.9 = Overweight
More than 30 = Obese
As you can see the BMI measurements provided could only be considered underweight if they were under 18.5
