Personal skills are skills that are easy for you such as playing basketball. Personal skills are things you can do and find easy it can be anything from sports to academics, so that crosses out options D, and C. The answer HAS to be the second option "How a person manages and expresses oneself." You're own style includes you're talents and skills which would mean you're skills. It can't be option A because the way a person expresses himself/herself would be like through dancing, or any of there skills.
