A descriptive narrative refers to a story. Therefore, in order to write one, you need to develop characters and a plot. For example:
Kate is a pretty girl who works at a factory. She has a good job, and earns a good salary. Moreover, she is careful with her money, which allows her to live comfortably. She loves pretty clothes, and spends a good amount of money on them. However, she does not wear these at the factory because she does not want them to get damaged.
One day, she goes shopping after work. She is wearing her work clothes, which look old and damaged. She enters an exclusive boutique. Because of the way she is dressed, the sales associate assumes she is not interested in fashion and she cannot afford these pieces. She is rude to Kate and Kate leaves the store angry and upset. Despite the fact that Kate had money and style to shop at this store, the sales associate judged her based on the clothing and accessories she was wearing.
