A breach is a confirmed event which comprised the availability, confidentiality and the integrity of any information or data.
What is information?
Information is a kind of data which details about a particular topic or a situation. It could be find about from any source like books, novels, magazines etc. It can be identified by doing a research.
- The breach is referring to the event when the terms and conditions as specified in the contract are not abided or violated.
- It is an event which compromised the confidentiality, that is, the secrecy of the important information is undermined, integrity, that is, the honesty to maintain the secrecy is not abided and the availability, that is, providing information to everybody or leaking the concealed information.
- It could be done by any of the parties, that is, the accused or the defending one who are entered into an agreement.
