Given a polynomial, re-write it, if necessary, in standard form by arranging the terms in descending order by powers of x.
Example: Given x-3x^3+5, rearranging the terms in descending order of powers of x results in -3x^3 + x + 5. Note that the power x^2 is missing; that's all right.
