Finance/Administration Section Chief is the the general staff member who negotiates and monitors contracts, maintains documentation for reimbursement, and oversees timekeeping for incident personnel. This chief is also responsible for recording personnel time, maintaining vendor contracts, administering compensation and claims, and conducting an overall cost analysis for the incident.
