The three branch's of government is how the government makes, enforces, and interprets laws. So it would reflect  local, state, and federal levels by "breaking a certain law and you would get punished by a local court, (district) state court, and federal court. Depending on what kind of law you break."  Which would be a reflection on the three branches of government.

The governance of the United States is based on three-branch system where the division is done into local, state and central government presided over by different authorities.

Local government is the most basic with least powers, whereas the powers and functions of the government keep increasing with increase in jurisdiction.

Three branch system of governance

  • The three branch system is considered as one of the most efficient and effective way of governance and its main focus is to achieve optimum public welfare and centralized governance.

  • Local government operates at city levels by the help of establishments of municipal corporations and police agencies. State governments operates at state levels.

  • Both the state and local governments are responsible for reporting its operations to the federal governments and federal government is responsible for ordering to the lower levels.

Hence, the governance of the United States of America is divided into three levels, namely, local, state and federal for effectiveness and efficiency in governance.
