A group of rich Mongolian tourists board a Swiss Air charter in Moscow for a flight to Barcelona in Spain. Somewhere over Poland, the plane suffers a complete communication and navigational failure. After running out of fuel, they crash, on the German / French border. The plane breaks apart, with the main part of the plane coming to rest in Germany while the Cockpit and first class section end up across the border in France. Under the current International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) rules, where will the survivor be buried?
