He struggled to log onto the computer. Pritesh couldn't access the website and couldn't show the school's new maintenance staff how to set up an account to view the training. He had helped his supervisor create this process, but Pritesh still had a lot of trouble leading another new technician through the same process today. He couldn't figure out how to navigate the different software and understand the security required to set up an account. Instead of explaining his problem, Pritesh asked the new technician to figure out the process. Then, he left work for the day. He also did not inform his supervisor about the difficulty he was facing.
After about five months, the position of lead technician becomes available. Pritesh thought he would get the job because his work was always good. He approached his supervisor, expecting to become the lead technician. But the supervisor gave that job to one of Pritesh's coworker. It left him disappointed and confused.
