Put the steps of an indirect ELISA in order.
1) Coat the plate with the antigen
2) Block the remaining protein-binding sites
3) Add the primary antibody
4) Wash the plate to remove unbound antibodies
5) Add the secondary antibody
6) Add the substrate to produce a visible signal
