Plot a point at (5, 5) and label it A. Using the Segment with Given Length tool, create with a length of 4 units from point A. Right-click on point A and select Settings. Check the box next to Fix Object. Right-click on point B and select Settings. Check the box for Show Trace. Move point B around point A. Capture the image, and paste or insert it in the space below.
