There are three possible uses a notice period when a party has been notified of a termination.
A) To permit the defaulting party to cure defaults in order to keep the contract in effect for the benchit of both parties
B) To allow the terminating party to cool off
C) To ensure that all parties have a resoniable amouint of time to zary out the contract
D) To wind down and protect the site
