Please draw E/ER diagrams for the following system requirements. State clearly any assumptions made. a. Agriculture constitutes the backbone of Pakistan's economy. In order to better manage the available agricultural land the provincial government has decided to launch an online system of land records and you have been hired to design a database which would underpin it. Some details regarding the new system are stated as follows: The agricultural land is divided into zilla. Each zilla has a unique name and is further subdivided into tehsils. The name of the tehsil within the zilla is unique, information regarding the total area within the tehsil (alongwith units) is also kept. Within the tehsil are the agricultural lands (of different area). Information is kept about the private owner(s) of agricultural land and its area (alongwith units) including their name, CNIC number, address etc. In case of transfer of ownership of the land, the name and CNIC number of the clerk recording the deed would also be kept alongwith the date of transfer. The land could also be owned by the government. Data is kept about the unit price of land within a tehsil for different years. Agricultural land is worked upon by farmers. The new system shall keep information regarding the name, cnic and the daily rate on which the peasant farmers worked on a certain land and during which timeframe. Information would be kept about the water source irrigating the land. This water source could be a tubewell, canal or river. The water discharge via the source (in cusecs) would also be recorded for different timeframes. River and canal will have a name(unique). Page 1 of 2 Information would be kept about the canal being taken out of another canal or river. The capacity of the motor driving the tubewell would also need to be kept alongwith the boring depth. Data would be kept regarding which crop was cultivated on the land during a certain timeframe. The crop name, its type (e.g. rabi or khareef) is kept. With this system in place it would be easier to see if the land is not being exhausted (same crop being cultivated on the same land for consecutive timeframes). The total yield per unit of land of the crop would be recorded in kgs for each timeframe, alongwith its quality and the cost to the farmer for cultivating a land unit. b) Your client is the University Accommodation Office which requires you to design a database to underpin a website needed to help with administration of the office. The requirements collection and analysis phase of the database design process has provided the following requirements specification for the Accommodation Office database: The data stored on each full-time student includes the registration number, name (first and last name), home address (street, city/town, and postcode), date of birth, gender, category of student (for example, first year undergraduate (1UG), postgraduate (PG)), nationality, smoker (yes or no), special needs, any additional comments, current status (placed/waiting), and what degree program the student is enrolled in. The Accommodation Office also stores a limited amount of information on the degree programs run by the University including the degree program title, office telephone number and department name. Each student is associated with a single degree program. The student information stored relates to those currently renting a room and those on the waiting list. Students may rent a room in a university owned hall of residence. Each hall of residence has a name (unique), address, telephone number, and a hall manager who room number and monthly rent rate. The room number within a hall is unique and is used when renting a room to a student. A student may rent a room in a hall for various periods of time. New lease agreements are negotiated at the start of each academic year with a minimum rental period of one semester (16 weeks) and a maximum rental period of one year, which includes Semesters 1, 2, and the Summer Semester. The data stored on each lease includes the duration of the lease (given as semesters), name, and registration number of the student, hall, room number, address details of the hall, the date the student wishes to enter the room, and the date the student wishes to leave the room (if known). Some information is also held on members of staff of the Accommodation Office and includes the staff number (unique), name (first and last name), home address (street, city/town, postcode), date of birth, position (for example, Hall Manager, Administrative Assistant, Cleaner).Draw the diagram on paper and show
