a) The case proceedings; unless it pertains to procedural matters.
b) The sentencing; unless it is regarding the defendant's mental health.
c) Bail conditions; unless it's related to the safety of the public.
d) Witness testimony; unless it's to prevent intimidation or harm to the witness.
