Im super confused about how do I go about solving this question. I made the truth table but I get confused about the input 1 . how do I write input 1 in the table and if I write input 1 as all being 1111 and x being 0011 or is it 1 bring 0011 and x being 0101 im getting confuse about this part. Any help is appreciated.
