You will make Standards 2 through 4 in lab by diluting a stock solution (Standard 1) that has been formulated to mimic the iron ion. The methyl orange stock solution will be used as your Standard 1 and is equivalent to an iron concentration of 2.66E-4 M. Note that you are diluting each standard after you make it to make the next standard. This is called a serial dilution.
