Chloe is a 17-year old high school student on the high school swim team. Swim practices are held at 6AM and 3:30PM most days of the week when in-season. Chloe is frustrated because she gets hungry during the day, and therefore, has a difficult time swimming strongly throughout the practices. She often leaves practices feeling extremely hungry and sometimes lightheaded. She eats a bagel with fat-free cream cheese and a banana for breakfast after practice. She eats a turkey sandwich with fat-free yogurt and baby carrots for lunch each day. Typically, she eats a grilled chicken breast, brown rice, and steamed broccoli for dinner.
