No Base contact necessary when considering termination of resuscitative efforts in the field if no ROSC is achieved and capnography waveform reading remains less than 15 mm Hg after 20 minutes of HP CPR with ALS interventions, and any of the following criteria are met:
a) Age less than 18 years
b) Traumatic injury
c) Drowning
d) Hypothermia
