The element of this crime includes Any person who shall receive any money or other thing of value for or on account of procuring for or placing in a house of prostitution or elsewhere any person for the purpose of causing such person to engage in unlawful sexual intercourse or Crimes Against Nature a) Receiving compensation for placement in prostitution establishments
b) Arranging sexual encounters for monetary gain
c) Assisting in unlawful sexual activities
d) Soliciting individuals for sexual services
