If the practitioner has failed to include directions for use and the practitioner cannot be contacted, the PharmD shall indicate on the prescription label the words ___ or ___ or similar words to the same effect.
a) "Directions Not Provided" or "DN"
b) "Instructions Not Included" or "INI"
c) "Patient to Inquire" or "PTI"
d) "Contact Pharmacy" or "CP"
