Salma is excited to be traveling to Europe this
summer! She is on her way to the bank so that she
can exchange her American dollars for euros. The
rational expression 12x^2+15x-18/2x^2+14x+20 represents the
number of dollars Salma needs to exchange. When
she arrives at the bank Salma finds that that amount
of euro she can buy is represented by the rational
expression 2x^2-x-3/x^2+6x+5
Question: While Salma is in Europe, she visits a bank to exchange more of her American dollars for euro. Use the rational expressions given in the paragraph above to write a completely simplified rational expression that represents the exchange rate Salma will receive in euros per dollar.
