Before reaching 200 feet AGL, ensure that a steady-state autorotation is attained. If it is not, abort the maneuver or execute a go-around. A steady-state autorotation means that:
1) The helicopter is descending at a constant rate with the engine at idle
2) The helicopter is descending at a constant rate with the engine at full power
3) The helicopter is descending at a variable rate with the engine at idle
4) The helicopter is descending at a variable rate with the engine at full power
