No person licensed as a funeral director or embalmer shall remove or embalm a dead human body when

a. the person has information indicating crime or violence of any sort in connection with the cause of death until permission from coroner or medical examiner.
b. the death occurred outside business hours
c. the family requests immediate embalming
d. the deceased person had a contagious disease
