Write a Python program that:

Picks a random integer between 1 and 10 for the cost of an arrow, and tells the user. This is an example prompt, the amount will vary depending on what number is generated.
An arrow costs $7.

It then asks the user:
How much money do you have in dollars?

The program checks whether or not the user can afford any whole arrows (they're not sold in smaller pieces)

If they can, it should respond in this format:
You can buy 3 arrows and you’ll have $2 left over.

If they don’t have enough money, it should say:
You cannot afford to buy any arrows.

EX. Program Output

An arrow costs $9.
How much money do you have in dollars? 11
You can buy 1 arrows and you'll have $2 leftover.
