though studying this course you should understand what strategy and strategic management mean, with which, the strategic process is a very important point .it is the entire logic of our course which refers to the mission of an organization, internal and external analysis of the operational environment, strategic choice, and strategic implementation. You should choose one or more topics of interest above to conduct relevant strategic analysis, using a specific destination (e.g. your hometown ), industry ( e. g.hotels, attractions, travel agents), or any typical firm as an example. the analysis should be problem-oriented in essence and correspondingly, practical and effective solutions would be deserved.
