PREPARE A BPMN MODEL
Jeremy is buying a house and looking for a mortgage broker to preapprove a loan. He starts by searching online for recommended mortgage brokers in his town. He compiles a short list of three brokers with the best reviews. He emails each of them with his name and his request and awaits their offer. If they don't reply within 3 days, he takes them off his list. Once he has his list of offers, he chooses the best one and signs off with the broker. He sends emails to the rest of the brokers to thank them for their time. In the event that none of the brokers offer him a mortgage, he goes back online and starts the process all over again.
