A couple of situations have recently come to light about happenings at certain QuarDel construction locations. Some employees have come forward to HR saying that they often hear derogatory comments and jokes being made, either to them directly or to their colleagues. When they ask their team members to stop, the response is that they are only jokes and should not be taken any other way. In other instances, some workers have become concerned that their shift supervisor asks them to try to fit in extra tasks towards the end of their shift so that they can maintain their top-ranking in productivity. However, this often results in unsafe conditions and injuries, as workers are very tired at the end of their shift.
